This is the third draft of the cover for “Altitude”. My latest short story, it should be available as an e-book by the start of July. This story has been kicking around for over ten years and was originally written to be a fully-fledged novel. It was the one and only time I received an advance on any of my writing. Unfortunately I was too young to appreciate what a rarity this was and squandered the opportunity. Its latest incarnation is a stripped back short story. Something that could be read comfortably on a bus or train commute.

It follows a tracker in the English army from the lowlands of the Arun Valley to the dramatic peaks of the Himalaya. Searching for a murderer and saboteur he finds much more. A thriller in every sense of the word I hope it keeps you on the edge of your seat.
